Men of Faith, Anchored in the Word Of God
The mission of the BOL Men’s Ministry is to provide men with resources to develop godly character through faith and maturity in Jesus Christ, and to men to influence their world for the Kingdom of God. The BOL Men’s Ministry is committed to encouraging, challenging, equipping, and nurturing men as they do their part in carrying the Gospel message to a lost and dying world. BOL men’s ministry is dedicated to helping men be the godly individuals Christ calls us to be, by serving our families and being a godly example to our wives and children.
The Men’s Ministry exists for the purpose of equipping, empowering, challenging, and motivating men to realize their full divine potentials. Men’s Ministry is the active pursuit of men in order to connect them to Jesus Christ, His Word, and other men for the purpose of winning, growing, and training God’s men in Christ.
Goal
To be a leader in the home, church, workplace, and community while utilizing all our resources, gifts, and talents to evangelize the world for Christ.
Vision
“Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor.
For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow:
but woe to him that is alone when he falleth:
for he hath not another to help him up.” Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
- To establish a True and Intimate relationship with Jesus Christ, through prayer, worship, and the building of strong faith through the power of the Holy Spirit by the daily reading and study of God’s Word.
- To build strong Godly Character through, deliverance, integrity, along with accountability one with the other.
- To help men assume their spiritual role of leadership beginning at home, then the church, and then into the community. This is accomplished by being true obedient servants of Jesus Christ and sharing our faith throughout the world. Also, to bring unity in the body of Christ by tearing down the racial and ethnic barriers so that we may all become one in Jesus Christ.
